Elizabeth started her journey in the Permanent Makeup industry in September 2022. She is a graduate from LDRSMP Academy where she trained under Masoud Noory, a highly recognized SMP (Scalp Micropigmentation) artist who's Microcapillaire Clinic in Montreal, is one of the most successful SMP clinics in Canada. After obtaining her SMP Certificate, Elizabeth attended the 2022 Las Vegas PMU Conference to acquire more knowledge of the Permanent Makeup (PMU) industry as a whole and to learn more specifics on SMP. This conference inspired Elizabeth to further her studies in PMU. In February, 2023, Elizabeth graduated from the Permanent Beauty by Lili Academy where she learned the techniques for NanoBrow, powdered brow and combo brow. Elizabeth strives to achieve the look of realistic hair follicles on the head and hair strokes on the eyebrow. Her goal is to create the illusion of real hair for her clients. 

Prior to becoming a PMU/SMP artist, Elizabeth spent almost 20 years working as a Cardiology Technologist at the Ottawa Hospital/University of Ottawa Heart Institute. She currently works part-time at the hospital and runs Ink Tricks Cosmetic Tattooing out of her home. 

Elizabeth achieves job satisfaction by helping people, whether it is in a healthcare setting or a beauty clinic setting. She takes the time to listen to the needs of her clients and will work with them to achieve the desired goal.

Currently Elizabeth is only offering Scalp Micropigmentation services.

In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys camping, jogging, music and  family/friends time. She also enjoys many types of arts and crafts, including drawing and painting. Currently she is studying and practicing the art of Pointillism which is a technique that not only produces amazing art pieces but can also be applied to Scalp Micropigmentation.
